Join us for a late morning of sound healing yoga. Each 1st and 3rd Sunday, saint will guide us through a journey of release and renewal, using the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls while Crystal guides us through a nourishing yoga sequence.

Allow your breath to deepen your poses as the vibrations of sound wash away stress.

These Sound Bath Sunday sessions are an opportunity to tune in to your body, connect to your chakras, and release blockages.

THINGS TO BRING + WHAT TO WEAR:

  • Yoga mat or blanket
  • Bottled water 
  • Yoga bolster, pillow, or comfort items
  • Dress cozy and comfortably
